As with my first Destiny Cards Reading blog, my focus is centered on the last year of Bro. Khalid's earthly life, before his untimely passing. In order to do this, I must however, start this reading seven years before, in 1993. The picture above shows him at Kean College. The picture below gives the details as to what ensued at that lecture:
This incident was what would be called in spiritual terms, the 'prebirth' that lead to the 'rebirth' of Khalid. The crossroads of starting off as a 'warrior of Islam' to a 'soldier of Africa and Her people in the Diaspora.' He went through great emotional, psychological and spiritual transformation, that began to project into his physical existence.
With this being said, let us start the reading of Bro. Khalid's Birth Card. Let's start with his Long Range Card (Refer to the blog on Malcolm X's reading for more information on the meanings of the Long Range, Pluto, Result, Environment and Displacement Cards):
This particular card states that Khalid would be "facing some challenges either concerning" his "work or his health." That he would "somehow be facing a crossroads in his life and perhaps, try to do or be too many things at the same time." Possibly both. Well, after being dismissed from the NOI in 1994, Muhammad went on to form the New Black Panther Party as well as New Black Muslims in 1995. In 98 and 99, he organized the Million Youth March and he was also involved in bringing together programs that were meant to mentor young black males through rites of passage.
If you look at some of his videos between 1998 and 2000, you could tell by Khalid's voice that he may have been going through some minor health issues. Sometimes his voice would be raspy or strained. In a couple of his videos, he looked a bit swollen or stressed but was pushing himself to stay on top of his commitments to his people and cause. Even Dark Side metaphysician, Bobby Hemmitt (well known in the Black Consciousness Community) mentioned in some of his own videos post Khalid's death, how Bro. Khalid was taking medicine for a pre-existing condition that he was dealing with but was under control. Nothing that should have normally, if being treated, have led to a stroke or brain aneurysm. Leading some close to him and other colleauges, admirers and followers of Dr. Khalid, to believe his death to be a conspiracy by those who felt threatened by his growing influence on black youth in America. As further evidence to show the suspect nature of Khalid's passing, read this article in The Washington Post that was written at the time of his transition and view the video afterwards:
It's worth noting also, how similar to Malcolm X's last year of life paralleled Khalid's. Both of them had Destiny Cards among the five year long influence cards (Long-Range, Pluto, Result, Environment and Displacement) that were in their "highest expressions" of what these particular cards represent. Their cards also stated that they both had "come to a crossroads." Ironically, I came across this video:
As you can see in the influence of the A♣ in Pluto, it mentions that in that year, many of Bro.Khalid's goals and changes would be related to knowledge and communications. It speaks of him "launching himself into an entirely new mental direction and perhaps desiring a new course of study or to understand a new philosophy of life." The card speaks of computers as new sources of information. It stands to reason, since between 1999 and 2000, computers had went through a major revamping. From the old school computers with the black screen and chunky green letters that used a floppy disc as a means to save programs and information, to being able to save files on the computers hardware and transferring it to a flash disc (memory stick), etc.
Computers were themselves going through a transformation themselves at that time. This advancing technology had become a way of more people being able to see recorded lectures, videos, and media. We went from taping on VHS and viewing the tapes in VCRs to digital recordings that could be uploaded to the world wide web on PCs. New and/or updated technology, can also be overwhelming in the beginning.
This man was in his early fifties at this time. It would stand to reason that being exposed to new philosophies of life, ideas and concepts, as well as updated technology would possibly be exciting, yet somewhat overwhelming at the same time. The card says that he "would find himself reading many books, thirsting for knowledge and looking at life with an entirely new perspective." Looking at the numbered pictures of Bro. Khalid above, these represent the changes he went through (in order) from 1993 to 2000 that became apparent in his demeanor, language, speech, religious and political views, the company he kept and his dress.
I think it interesting. The cards said that despite the challenges that would present themselves, in conjunction with the changes that Khalid would face, that he was guaranteed (I'm sure under normal, untampered with circumstances) that everything would come to a happy and satisfactory conclusion. It went on to say that he would end up that year feeling sound and secure in most every department of his life. With that said, what I brought up during the explanation of the Pluto Card concerning the conspiracy surrounding Bro. Khalid's death and what the Result Card could possibly be revealing, is that Khalid's death, may have 'come about' earlier than it was destined to. There is a difference between 'one living out their natural destiny, as opposed to others creating circumstances around someone to manifest a false destiny or early ending for them. This being for the reason of opposers fulfilling an agenda outside of that person's soul purpose.
Onto the Environment Card. We see it speaks of Bro.Muhammad's "desire to express" himself and his feelings. At this time, the need to get closer to his African traditions, knowledge and people, led Khalid to become more outwardly Pan-Afrikan Supremacist, militant and wanting people to know it. He is said to have been "unapologetically black."
Many of his attachments in the form of former friends of the NOI, religious ideas, etc. were starting to fall away. He started meeting new comrades, associates, and philosophies in the RBG and Black Consciousness communities. He started taking pictures in public with high artillery weapons, taking to the streets with the Pan-Afrikan RBG flags, the gear, along with a tongue sharper than a sword and a mind to match✊👊!
Now, for the last of the five yearly influential cards in the Birth Chart reading: the 8♥ as the Displacement Card. The year of 2000 was to be a harvest year for Khalid. A time to gain the rewards of his former efforts to develop a more spiritual and less detached approach to his relationships. He had become more influential amongst groups within the black communities, as well as with the black youth and women. He had a talent to be stern and rigorous on one hand, and then like that, becoming charismatic and mild. He was soaring to higher heights and positions within the black communities that he frequented. At the same time, becoming known in white media for his controversial speeches about the white dominance structure that runs this country and their connections to the Trans Atlantic (African) Slave Trade. Often reminding its descendants, who have inherited the evil legacies of their forefathers and mothers who had their hands in this sadistic trade, that they are still benefitting from the Black Holocaust of the African race.
Once again, there are those who feel that this high level of publicity, influence and recognition, may be the real reason that Bro. Khalid may have suffered an unexpected demise. Some suspect that their were traitors around him that may have been slowly poisoning him, which led to the stroke and brain aneurysm that he allegedly died from. I am just expressing the situation and the different views around it, in order to bring out the energies and dimensions of the cards and what was naturally destined to happen, according to the spiritual reading. Then comparing that to what eventually wound up happening, whether natural destiny was allowed to run its course or not. I know what I see, and I am leaving it up to those who read these Destiny Cards Readings to see whatever they see in them.
With this being made clear, may Bro./Dr./Baba Khalid Abdul Muhammad REST IN POWER and his best visions be seen through his descendants. BLACK POWER!!!
